Terms & Conditions

1. The applicant applies to Seneca Travel Trust T/A EP travel. for a credit account.
2. Should this application be accepted, the Applicant agrees that payment of the credit account will be made within the terms set by EP travel..
3. The Applicant shall notify EP travel. of any change in ownership, structure or control of the business. The Applicant agrees it shall remain liable for all outstanding amounts until written confirmation of account closure is provided and all monies are paid in full.
4. EP travel. reserves the right to vary, suspend or withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice.
5. The Applicant will be in default if payment is not made when due, becomes insolvent or breaches this agreement. Upon default, all monies become immediately due and payable, and services may be suspended or cancelled.
6. EP travel. may charge interest on overdue amounts. The Applicant agrees to pay all reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts, including legal and debt collection fees.
7. EP travel. acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (including airlines, hotels and tour operators) and is not liable for the acts, omissions, cancellations, delays or failures of those suppliers.
8. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all confirmed bookings remain payable in full, regardless of supplier changes or cancellations.
9. EP travel. is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics or government restrictions.
10. The Applicant and any Guarantor consent to the collection and use of personal and credit information for assessment and account management.
11. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
