Originally established as Harvey World Travel before becoming Global Village Travel, the agency earned a reputation for exceptional service under Heidi's leadership. Backed by more than 50 years of industry experience and extensive first-hand travel throughout Australia, Europe, Asia, North America and Africa, Heidi has provided trusted advice and personalised travel planning to clients for decades. In 2025, the business joined Global Travel Co, with Ben Apsey leading the Balmain office with a fresh perspective while continuing the agency's long-standing commitment to experienced advice and local relationships.
